Launched in 2007, Zoom-Zoom is an award-winning global CRM program that captures the essence of owning a Mazda--the thrill of a new experience and the exhilaration of driving. Stylish, distinctive and youthful, Zoom-Zoom won Best Automotive Title at the 2009 APA International Customer Publishing Awards, and has ramped up Mazda brand understanding, customer loyalty and retention. It also thinks globally and acts locally: roughly 60 percent of the magazine is shared across the world, while the balance of pages is created for specific markets. Social media initiatives also invite Mazda owners in 38 countries to upload their "zoom-zoom" photos to a multi-language website, with the best entries showcased in the print magazine.
