
The National Advertising Benevolent Society (NABS) recently
named Totem its Digital Agency of Record. The assignment: to design
and implement an integrated digital-communications plan that uses
social-media strategy and tactics. NABS, a charity that offers
support and resources to communications professionals, relies on
donations and the participation of its members and volunteers, so
an effective communications plan is vital. Totem has created the
underlying strategy for NABS, including a digital-content plan,
targeted emails, a blog, social media and fundraising
campaigns.
