
Totem created a custom media program to support the Sears
Advantage loyalty program, which is designed to develop customer
loyalty while driving purchase at Sears stores and with Sears
partners. The program revolves around two quarterly magazines
conceived, designed and executed by Totem: New Outlook is
a health and lifestyle magazine targeted at a 45-plus readership,
while Family Outlook tackles similar themes geared to the
Sears shopper with children at home. This integrated custom media
program speaks to 400,000 paid members, and includes website
e-newsletter, DM and POS initiatives. Totem also provides
integrated media sales for the program.
