To the role of VP Client Service, Manuela Yarhi brings that most valuable of objects—a good ear. She solves client challenges and builds relationships by listening and understanding, and then deploying Totem’s resources toward an ideal solution. Manuela draws on 20 years of experience in marketing communications and client service, as well as a background in both traditional and custom publishing in diverse magazine categories. Since joining the company in its first year, Manuela has led the launches of many new integrated communications programs, focusing on the development and execution of strategy for CRM and loyalty-based initiatives.
